We offer no betrayals, fair cut off the loot and an extra hand to help out with a job. We don't place bounties on each other, we don't screw each other over and if someone steals something of ours we hunt them down and get it back. I myself am on every other day, normally after 5 as I work, and more so on the weekends or public holidays. You don't have to be a pro, I myself am not the best driver, only decent really, but I'm a fair shooter and an extra gun or two is more often than not better than a pro. You don't have to be the most social, but if I'm spectating in a job I will plug the headset in to call out things to teammates.
