Tired of vehicles disappearing

Anyone else experience this, you're running towards a helicopter or car or any vehicle and just as you approach or attempt to get in, it disappears!! This happens SO MUCH!!

Does anyone else experience this? And are Rockstar aware and I don't think this is the 'disappearing car' bug they talk about in their patches.

Its a lag thing. I've seen it happen, but only when Im not the host of whatever Im doing.
