Most I've seen is a fully modded Sultan for over $110,000.
My Oracle is about the same.
And I STILL can't find an Obey Tailgater. That was the first car I wanted a month ago, and funnily enough, it's the only car I have not seen.

Dont know, most average around 100k but the paint does not count towards the value. I've gotten $20k paint jobs and the car was worth the same afterwards.

Level 102? Wow, I knew the XL was worth a bit my friend had one worth 75k and he is a low level, but 725k! OMG

I found my Tailgater at golf club, drive in near entrance to the actually club (as if you were going to play golf) and should be second last park on the right.

Spawned there about 8 times in a row for me, if your PSN I could dupe it but you should be able to get it from golf club. Hope this helps.

 

General question what increases car value? I know upgrades like brakes and what not but what about tire smoke and emblems?

Personally, I use Shyshler Fusilade, you will spend forever trying to find one with a slighly higher value. Fusilade spawns everywhere all the time. And is worth 108k when fully modified. (Granted you have unlocked some decent mods from racing)

The elegy isnt a waste. Its by far the best sports car for racing. Its acceleration is the best in the game, even faster than the adder, which surprised the hell outta me
