If you think free aim is awesome. Go back to auto-aim servers after awhile, you pretty much dominate deathmatch since players can't hit crap when your out of auto-aim range.

 

 

Its also great when you do a survival in AA after switching from FA, easy £20K lol

This happened to me yesterday when i got a party invite from friends, forgot they were AA and got killed 7 times in about 10 minutes by 2 guys sniping from a multi story car park. Boring!

 

Went back to FA and low and behold, got killed twice in an hour after lengthy gun battles, soooooooooo much more fun :)

Maybe you didn't realize this, but sniping requires free aim. So the fact you got killed 7 times has nothing to do with AA and more with your strategy of what you do after dying the first time.

 

 

 

Good point.. It was more due to the fact that i was still trying to FA and got very confused lol

most my crew started auto aim and ive got most to enjoy free aim now. free aim really is the only way online should be played.

It's probably more about people on foot not being able to unrealistically headshot you every time you drive past going 100.

Ive only played AA a few times online due to joining crew members who used AA and skipped past the message quick. Any members that join who use AA we try convert to FA. Basically all of us use it. Makes the game enjoyable.

Is it just me or does free aim not have a single person in deathmatch? i can never find one with anyone lol. is there a certain time that lots of people get on?

I prefer free aiming the guns but since auto aim is on by default the party is always gonna be in the auto aim rooms since just about everyone will not even know you can turn it off.

Its either one or the other, sessions dont mix aim modes. If you join GTA Online through single player with Alpha Male Free Aim you get put in a Alpha Male Free Aim only session, same goes for the Rivertrout Aim Assist mode, you enter online with it on you get put in a Rivertrout Aim Assist only session.

Is there is diffrent types of free aim lobbies ? What is alpha male FA Lobby ? Whats the dif from a regular FA lobby?

So i don't know what's the benefit of going to free aim only sessions if jets can still auto aim. Such a fail of a game. I think I'll move on to better stuff.

Aim preferences are for your guns not jets simpleton.

Jets do NOT autoaim and it should still be perfectly possible to find a freeaim session last time i checked.

Time to lock this necro thread i think.

1. It's called lock-on rockets. Homing Launcher still locks on in Free Aim as every other heatseeking weapon does.

2. You basically posted something which is not quite relevant to the topic discussed here, and by here I mean a 3 year old post talking about how some people like Free Aim.
