Insurance company is always closed?

Yesterday I was hitting up a armored truck with a sticky bomb, so I attached it to the back of the truck and I detonated it. A big rig happened to pull up right behind it as I detonated in and exploded, blowing me up with it. I call the insurance company and of course they're closed, so I waited until daylight and called again, The offices are closed... Once more I tried, nope still closed. Will I get my vehicle back?

Did you have insurance on it if you did you should not have a problem..But if you didn't you will not get it back ...

EXACTLY the same happened to me as the OP.The car WAS Insured,but i could never get an bloody answer from the Insurance company as all their loafing operatives were unavailable!!!

Haha i lost my entire 10 car garage before patch 1.04 and insurance was always busy.

Yeah I had the same thing happen with a (trackered & insured) voltic while blowing the doors off an armored truck.

 

They never picked up and I never got it back.

 

Replicated the circumstances with an Elegy, but that time I was able to get the vehicle back through insurance, so I don't know what's up.

Gah... I don't have it back yet, I spent all of last night farming the money for that truck...

To all that are confused why the insurance company is "closed" they aren't actually, that's just what the game is coded to tell you when they have no cars available in the insurance for you to get back. If you legitimately lost a car and the Cloud server recognises you've lost it, they can replace it any time of the day.

 

Either you didn't have insurance on it or the Cloud servers f*cked you.

 

It's the same when you call a cab and you're not on a road, they'll say they don't have any drivers available but that's just because the taxi's aren't coded to pick you up off-road.

I called them 12 more times, finally they said they could insure my vehicle and it hung up right before I pressed X and now I can't get my truck back. This makes me f*cking mad.
