ok so I found a sheriff SUV and it lets you mod it has all the colour mods for free apart from chrome and crew colour but its free to insure. it can have bullet proof tyre mods it is so cool.

Old news, and you can't upgrade the engine making it pretty much worthless to be used as a serious vehicle.

it has the same stuff as the upgraded ranger :)
