I also want to point out that you should land the cargobob SLOWLY on the water's surface as dropping too quickly may cause the whole thing to submerge underwater. Are you saying you landed the cargobob on water with the sub still attached? If so, then thats probably because the weight of the sub pulled down the cargobob.
