Could anyone dupe me a Sultan?

Just lost my little sultan! Tricked her out and got the paint job I wanted and it disappeared from my garage. Tried everything to get her back (calling Morse Mutual, Mechanic, etc.) nothing seems to work. It would be awesome and greatly appreciated if someone could dupe me one...

 

If anybody knows where to find one and what car to be driving to make it spawn that would also be helpful.

Go to the prison parking lot, if you don't find one enter the race ring host a race then exit out and check again..I've never had to do this more then three times.

no just getting into the loby is enough to force the game to respawn the cars there.
