I have been searching for the sultan and futo for about four hours now, im really struggling, i dont know where they spawn and I cannot find them AT ALL :(

On topic though... I've seen Futo many times, but Sultan never. I found one Futo (which I used as personal vehicle for a while) somewhere in Vinewood.

Haven't found any of them, I have been looking for them all day yesterday and all day today, done nothing but look and I can't find either of them.

I put up a post yesterday titled anyone want a sultan. Look it up when u get a chance.

I went to the prison, and the Sultan wasn't there, drove around once and it spawned.

 

Go to the prison car park.

Futos spawn all the time for me in the city. Sultans spawn all the times for me when I'm near the LSC near Sandy Shores Airfield.
