Bad sport system is automated it doesnt know what situation you were in when the personal vehicle blows up. And that's why it's broken. It could be entirely their faults and you get the punishment for it. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!

You don't have to blow up people's car to get bad-sport. Leaving a mission with other players will result in bad sport as well. I got into the finish marker holding the coke and my game locked up. Restarted my console and I was a bad-sport. I've been waiting to get a hold of R* support for 2 hours now. Apparently everyone wants to talk to them on the weekends.
