Has anyone had their cashcards refunded?

When the game first came out, I bought one of the Tigershark cashcards to kickstart the adventure. I then lost my character and everything that goes with it. Obviously Ive accepted that all that has gone for good, but Im still feeling bitter that I lost the cardcard that I paid real money for. Its not a lot of money, but its the principle that they have in affect, stolen it from me. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund?

 

(And to anyone who wants to respond with "Serves you right for spending real money", f*ck you.)

You should definitely be refunded. Open up a ticket on their website and ask them for a refund. I am sure they will promptly give you it, you paid for an item that was not fit for purpose, so they are heavily in breach of trading standards if they don't.

Worth a shot I suppose. Theyve ignored every other ticket Ive ever raised so I dont hold out much hope. Was hoping someone may have been successful.
