looking forward to this as i am planning on modding my cars out with it :p

Apparently you require high end apartments in order to host heists.

I thought it was apartments with a planning board which I've heard most of them will have. (I've not bought one yet)

All apartment 200k and up have a planning room I believe.

 

As far as i know this is correct, i have the basic 200k house, and i believe that so long as you have a square table you should be able to plan out heists when they drop.

Ya I got a cheepo 80k crib and it has no heist room. Kinda pissed me off I like my dude living in a dump. Now everyone is going to be in a high rise with a view of the city/ocean

Assuming no loss of saved data issues have been discovered over the weekend the first stimulus payment should go out maybe today but more likely tomorrow. Heists it sounds like, will be available with the November 5th patch.

Where are people getting this Nov 5th from? I've been looking and only see vague references to "soon", which seems to mean early december if we're lucky..
