I can't find the Sultan! ps3

Can anyone help me find the Sultan?

-I found it but then the Rockstar server kicked me out.. so i lost it.. ive been looking 2 hours for it again..

Prison parking lot. Just keep finding new session with respawn set to last location. Has worked for everyone I have told.

I don't know the exact name for the spot. somewhere in the desert area there is a blue star mission next to a buyable 2 car garage. they will spawn in that area for sure. I didn't care about the sultan but I know others cant find one.

 

I picked one up and its not too bad. I might make that my mission car now that I know exactly where to find a replacement if after the mission my car is nowhere to be found.
