D0m90 Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 It started yesterday I left online for a bizzle went back on it and it took me to the character slots and my level, stats and money were still present but now my charcter has gone but I still have all my money but no character soooo I have no clue whats going on. 1.4 has f*cked things up again... Av iT Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 I would not bother with rock star support, personally had 3 cases with issues and some they even admit they cannot do anything and others they just give you 'advice' on how you can fix the problem. i thought support was there to solve your problems etc not advise you on how you can do it and it still not work because its just ridiculous what they are suggesting, i cannot save an emblem they tell me to delete all my internet histroy lol... what am i in training to be support or something. All so we do there jobs for them they just read something that says try this to solve this and they copy and paste it to us. They are clearly payed on how many calls or support threads they write to. Bad sport - Call up and they ask for the ticket number they then say i have sent you an email respond to it. then hangs up? Erm what? i just called you so i didnt have to email hence why im choosing another approach so i read the email it asks for gamertag and why i think its wrong for me to be in bad sport... i send it then i am waiting another 24 hours and i phone them back. hey like i phoned and spoke but she told me to email i phoned to find out faster how and why i should or shouldnt be in bad sport she replies: yes it can take up to 6 days for your case to be reviewed...
