Space Cowboy Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 In order to receive a phone call you must be on foot, you can't take phone calls while you are in a vehicle or interior. Check your map carefully whether you see any mission icons or not. By the way, have you been using any mods? Where did you get your game from?
