Ya me to. I really like my mid-range apartment and I think it would be better to add a setup room for some price instead of buying a whole new apartment. Same for the garage size.

This really bothers me because I just bought myself a 6-car garage apartment in the location I wanted and now when hiests come along I will have to get a new one for 200 000cr + and lose half of my current apartment's value.

I think you're expecting too much in all honesty, they have to make it slightly difficult in order for a player to do heists. Its also not their fault you chose the apartment that you did. At the end of the day, its not a huge deal as you're going to be getting 500,000 as well. I'm sure later on they will release more apartments, but that doesn't mean the people that have apartments in their current places should complain if they release apartments which are improved and in a better location?

Like i said, its not much of a loss at the end of the day as you're getting money anyway soon!

You are getting a free 500k from Rockstar. The cheapest 10 car garage is 200k, if my memory is correct, which might not be. You can use those FREE money to get you an apartment with a heist room, or spend it on hookers. Your choice.

 

But you don`t get to use the "Rockstar didn`t send me a personal email" excuse when Rockstar is giving you 500k FREE money and the most expensive apartment in the whole game is 400k.

I know but thay could have told us before, and they could add an option which allows you to add a setup room to your existing apartment and other modifications to property. Like in real life, if I want an extra room, I'll renovate instead of buying a whole new house.
