Can anyone else buy unlimited clothes/ammo/etc for free?

I noticed the second day of release for the first time but just today I noticed it again. Randomly I will start to not lose money for buying stuff. I was doing missions to get up to 220k to buy a nice apartment. Finally I got there and immediately bought the house. But i notice that it never takes the money out of my account.. So I go to get haircuts, tattoos, clothes, etc to see if anything will start taking money away again (because I don't really enjoy getting free money), but NOTHING costs money. Even bought a car from online and it was delivered but no money was lost from my account! I can only buy things that I have enough money for but it never takes the money out.

 

 

Now it only lasted for a little while both times, after maybe 10-15 minutes it seemed to be charging me again.

Anyone else experienced this? you could buy literally every piece of clothing at the store for free.

I did yesterday bought them all. They never showed till this morning

I bought some weapons, but they were gone after a restart. The money I had back.
