why do you kill other players in freeroam mode?

Most of the time I don't go around killing randoms, I'd be lying if I said I never did. I usually kill people for revenge. For example, some assholes were camping outside my garage and sticky bombed me as soon as I drove out, they then proceeded to run off to trevors airfield, so I got in my tank (yes I know, but trolls should be punished in the worst way possible) and spawn killed the sh*t out of them.

 

Usually I'm relatively friendly though.

problem is getting the damn things out of the base.. last time I discovered that you can get the merryweather chopper to hover in the base and have no stars..

I saw a video once.....

if you got a buzzard, fly to the base. you won't get any stars until you get down.

try going to those near the runway. tanks don't spawn there, so all you need to deal with is the soldiers.

in-case they spawned, fly/drive to the west end of the runway. the tanks will disappear.

 

haven't tried yet. since for no reason I'm the only player in these sessions

 

 

OK, reporting back... used the merryweather helicopter last night to get into the base.. spared the pilots life and got him to move the helicopter pretty close to one of the Lazers in the open pens.. rappeled down.. had only one soldier near me who took a shotgun to the face.. got into the plane with only one shot hitting me, plane escaped unscathed..

 

... then proceeded to attempt to missle a bounty that was out of sea in the sail boat.. only to attempt an Immelmann and smash into a mountainside...

Because they tried to kill me. I'm riding along minding my own and BOOM! Flaming hamburger at the hands of a tank or sticky bomb attack.

 

So I AP pistol rape the stick bomber or proceed to the nearest rooftop with the Heavy Sniper in hand, and soon laugh as the tank driver tries to figure out how he died.

 

And instead of the victim, I become the villain, since these people are like 12 years old and begin crying into the mic and having their parents get on to tell me to stop killing them.

 

But it began with me cruising down Howic Ave listening to Kenny Loggins...

protip: fly around very high and get the hang of it. later, start diving a bit. after some time, hang around the tight areas (i.e downtown, etc) AFTER you start getting really good, profit.
