Its just a game if those white dots on the map were npc you would all kill kill kill because they are "real" peoples conscience gets to them . But for me if I can get someone to chase me around the the map killing me many times and vice versa then it was a good game . So yes I do shoot everyone I can. The only rule I have is to avoid blowing up pv's

Maybe there should be SoF-, Coop-, Team- and Crew- based Lobbies.

SoF is the Standard.

Coop means you can't hit any Player and just have some fun.

Team means you're assigned a Team when joining and you can choose how many teams there are when joining or hosting. You can't attack or hurt your Team Members.

Crew means you can't attack or hit Crew-Members.

 

SoF really sucks for playing free roam with Team or Crew Members. You don't want to know how often I accidently killed crew members when pressing reload.

 

I also sent to R* a suggestion about friendlyfire and grouping. You can invite players to your group in a session and then you can't kill each other and just play cooperative.

Crew Leaders should be able to choose crew rules for this. So Crew Members don't accidently kill each other.

 

Cooperative should be the standard for New Players.

 

GTA Online is Noob-Unfriendly ^^

I rarely shoot other players first, I usually honk my horn and approach them slowly to signal I'm friendly. That said, this one guy did the same to me yesterday. As I approached his car to get inside, I notice his arm hang out the window, to then proceed to throw a sticky bomb at my Stinger GT. I managed to get in the passenger seat before he had a chance to drive away, to which I cooked a grenade until we both exploded, his Cheetah included. I repeatedly killed him to the point of him yelling and telling me fo leave him alone. I think I won that battle, c*nt. Next time don't mess with me.

I only kill other players if I see they're killing a lot of other players or if I can tell by their driving that they're also after me.

 

Also if I mid level player is picking on freshies I'll go and help the new player out and give them some advice, such as sign up for SocialClub and get a free RH8 and stuff that they might not know.

 

I always try and drive away usually though.

 

Although last night, so guy was in a tank and ruining it for everyone, picked him up with the Cargobob and dropped him in the ocean.

 

did it again as soon as he got in his tank again.

 

after that he got me and probably killed me about 12 times as he was way higher than me and as soon as I spawned he shelled me and I couldn't get anymore Cargobobs to spawn no matter where I went :S

 

Ended up going passive and going to another bit of the map...beh

If i Kill people in FR for seemingly no reason its not for no reason! It is because it is funny!. It is also a great way to start a nice little FR war!. I might do well I may get my ass handed to me and wish I hadn't bothered. But its just a game and its all fun non the less.

Only when they kill me, a friend, or a crew member. But because my crew is so large there's usually 5 of us in a game and we gain up on the guy until he leaves.

I never shoot first. But if someone messes with me, I will kill them. Most likely blow you up, regardless of whether or not you're in your PV. If you're relentless and annoying, then I'll get my tank and kill you until you leave.

Generally I only killed other players if they had killed me first. No, I tried to kill them I usually just got killed more. Now I will sometimes see which players are killing each other and join in but usually, due to a severe lack of funds for ammo, I avoid other players entirely. That however makes free roam boring so I have started doing more missions, races and LTS.

I try to be nice. I gave someone a lift when they couldn’t get to a road to get their car. And when they drove off they sticky bombed me as I drove into LSC.

 

I was selling a car at LSC yesterday, exited and began to head off when some asshole shot me. I saw him on the map s second before so was expecting it but really; no car, unarmed and heading in the opposite direction. c*nt…

I didn't used to attack people unprovoked but most people are aggressive and if you don't shoot first you tend to get killed. I do kill players sometimes just out of badness but I never spawn attack them or keep going after them. If I shoot someone for kicks I'll be long gone before they respawn. I'm no griefer.

DM match making is piss poor, so I kill in FM to create a DM !!

I never kill people without a risk of get killed by them...

someone killed me once.....I had a freemode deathmatch with him! :devil:

killed him many times before the DM, 5/6 v 2.

Almost 90 percent of the time people killed me first without any reason, i blew up their car while they're trying to escape. Yesterday a kid in a chrome enity just killed me while i'm driving around. After i respawn, he tried to hunt me down again but i went off radar before he got to me. He then got scared and tried to drive away but i ram his car and throw a sticky on it, as he managed to drove away, i blew his car up and killed him, but still after that i leave him be... Unless he tries to chase me again, which he didn't lol

Freeroam deathmatching is pretty much key to get good at the game in my opinion.

 

If you can easily handle the heat of 2/3 players versus your lonely self with the cops AI all around you, then you will rock in missions and you will rock in DMs. I pick on crews all the time because they give me a better challenge than 1v1. Plus they always get so overconfident because they outnumber one player.

 

Just lay some traps, take cover and let them come to you. The second they die/respawn, use that time and change spot so they constantly have to adapt to your strategy and not the other way around.

 

Only thing left to cover is racing, and that comes on its own anyway just from driving around, escaping bounties and just general practice.

I don't kill otherwise. Probably just drive around the city or stay in my apartment waiting for a mission invite. It's not boring for me.

i only play full/close to full lobbies. if there are under 10 players, i keep looking for a new session so it doesn't get "boring as fast as f*ck". ;)
