it seems the problem is in PSN or XBL

Mine has still been going up & down (levels & cash) I only have to try loading the game to get a completely values for both seemingly at random.

Its definatly not stable (360) 5mins after I log back in I get the "failed to save" or "cloud server is down" msg.

 

5-10 mins later the game freezes, like clockwork.

 

Did R* borrow theyr MP devs from Maxis or something? because this is quickly getting as bad as Sim City.

Restored but not stable, i keep getting a "failed to save to cloud" message when finishing a mission and then i get a message that it saved after about 5 mins. But it seems playable

Considering it is 2013 and many games have had problems with servers I would expect them to prepare for this sort of thing, god help next gen!

Why were the servers fine last week then? Last week I played flawlessly with no errors at all.

 

Now this week everyone decides to destroy the server

Worked fine earlier for me, then I got the save failed thing again so I left it.

If it says "Failed to Save" I guess it will be gone forever.. But if it saves.. And you still lose your progress, It will come back after a few hours.. In my case.. It's like that..

Just the fact that this game has been plagued with so many problems makes it a huge letdown for me. I expected it to be amazing, but nah. The experience has been so-so thus far.

I've just tried and it's definitely still not working for me.

Occasional "Failed to save" message, but within a few minutes, "Save successful" appears... RP, Cash, Kills, were all saved properly after a good 4-5 hours of play which ended about 10 minutes ago...

 

About the only thing I noticed was the clothing changes were not updating on Social Club profile...

 

Everything else seems ok.... better than last night at anyrate...

 

 

<Edit> I did log out and back in again to check, and RP, Cash, & Kills were all saved...

I was on like 15 mins ago and it wasn't working correctly, I did manage to do "Violent Duct" again and noticed it's now $1500 payout? I don't remember it being that low before.

They lowered 'Violent Duct' from $9000 to $3000 and when 1.04 was released it was halved to $1500.

The Violent Duct payout is now $3,000, and if you've done the mission before its half of that so that's your $1,500.
