Are you talking about the brief cases? If so-- I believe the 1.02 patch made them so they won't respawsn-- my one off of palletto was never there (I didn't look before)-- in the grand schemed of things-- since they patched the briefcase spawning--it's not alot of money in the grand scheme of things. If you save your assasination missions (last 4) til after you get paid for final story mission-- you can still make over a billion dollars per character-- way more then you need.
