So last night I log in to find that the Cloud server is down, now that's all fine and dandy, back out to SP and turn off console right?

 

This morning I turn on my console, connect to GTA Online, low and behold, I've been reset. O wait, no I haven't, what is this, that's my level 48 character looking out of the plane window in his same clothes and everything. So I continue on to meet Lamar for the second time, but hes forgotten who I am, and apparently so has the game.

 

To cut a long story short guys, level 48, all my guns, all my clothing, started from the first mission, I was level 48 in a race with level 1's, at first I had no house but it seems I have it back now after talking to Simeon about Garages, all my cars are gone, all my phone contacts are gone apart from Lamar and Simeon.

 

I'm at a loss for words and the worst part is that social club still shows my old stats, better believe if a glitch comes around I will be doing it as Rockstar have made me into the Welfare Kingpin they literally bring this sh*t on themselves.

 

edit: all unlocks such as race wins and kills etc have also disappeared

Yeah I usually don't complain about patches like the rest of the butthurt masses but I'm gonna call this patch a bungle.

I am still into an old habit: check the forums for any potential mass hysteria before firing the console up. Served me well so far. Didn`t play last night either.

 

Maybe you should get into this habit too.

I've lost my character last night. Rank 56, 3 mil spent on it.
It's gone, it's not back this morning either.

I was pissed off when I lost my 20 rank char during the launch but I've spent 78 gametime hours on this one,and that's like 2 weeks of playing. I have no words for this.

Rockc*nts can go f*ck themselves with the stimulus pack, since it won't cover 1/4th of what I've lost cos of those incompetent morons.

And people wonder why others glitch?

This man is very right, if they spent more time fixing cloud servers rather than capping money missions maybe there'd be less farmers
