Ocelot Jackal Location

Aside from one of Simeon's missions I have not been able to find this vehicle anywhere. Do you need to acquire it using the same method as getting trevor's truck or is it actually in a certain location?

I've seen them around Rockford and near the Golf course and Vespucci beach, it's definitely in traffic but it doesn't show up all that often.

Try driving around those areas with different cars, maybe some of them triggers the spawn

I can confirm the spawning location in Vinewood Hills and surrounding areas around the 400k apartment/garage. The "Water the Vineyard" mission from Martin has one where the assassination target tries to escape in it, it's directly beside him and he will be driving it while trying to escape.

 

To acquire it during the mission, bring a friend along, kill the target, get your friend to take the picture and deliver it to martin, while you stay inside the Jackal and far away from Martin's house to avoid the cutscene. If you are not included in the cutscene, you will spawn inside the car after the mission.
