Floydasticecho Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 I have seen this as well, however only for cars which are not a character's special car, like Franklin's Buffalo etc. I saved a Penumbra in Franklin's garage with my custom plate as black. airlung Posted October 20, 2013 Author Share Posted October 20, 2013 Ok, I guess I am not the only one... Also noticed that the bullet prove tires were gone also.
