I've owned a lot of cars, but pretty much all of them are two bars or less in terms of brakes. What car has the absolute best brakes in the game? Does it have a notable difference when used?

In this game it don't matter about your brakes, lift off the throttle, turn in, get back in the throttle.

 

Braking is only required for coming to a standstill, even then, engine braking is pretty high in this game.

 

My Elegy with "race brakes" still has terrible braking, so I don't bother with them.
