Tanks and buzzards need to be nerfed.

Pffff so what DO you want? 1.5 million for a useless piece of junk? Stop trying to nerf the tank, it's fine. Try not to screw with anyone in one. I only meet people online that are complete jerks so it doesn't stop me from calling the tank and getting some well deserved revenge. People with tanks that are complete griefers are all in the bad sport lobby and will STAY there.

 

Yesterday I bought the tank. I am not a complete ass, and just drove around the tank cruising by people looking at their reactions. I never attacked unprovoked. STILL, people would see me in a TANK, and instantly open fire. On a tank. With a barrel pointed at them. Is that smart?

 

Player reactions:

* Trying to STEAL the tank

* Ramming their vehicle into you so you get bad sport (even though you didn't try to kill them)

* Shooting it with a pistol or throwing grenades (usually while in direct cannon range)

* VERY RARE: People following at safe distance to check out what I am doing, or acting friendly by honking back

 

If there's a tank HONKING at you, he doesn't want to shoot you. You see a tank coming for you? Drive into alleyways, or just create a lot of distance. It is not hard to escape from a tank.

There's seriously like a dozen things you could do about it, other than stand there and get spawn killed that is.

Tanks are prone to fire damage, and the buzzard is basically a big open window to shooting the pilot.

bring out your personal vehicle. Let them destroy it. As long as you have insurance, they pay for it and after enough times destroying your vehicle, they get sent to the bad sport lobby. Most people dont like it there. They go there enough, they will change the way they play.

 

Hah, yes, I've done this before, went through 4 of my vehicles but unfortunatly i had to go so coudnt stick around to go through a few more.. I was willing to go through all ten of my cars to get up close and throw some c4 and take the kill. Everytime he killed me, he was calling names, i just had a smile and was waiting for the inevitable. But... It wasnt to be.

Simply because I can, don't get your knickers in a twist because you can't buy one. It makes missions easier when you have access to a buzzard or a tank, sure buzzards spawn at heliports after rank 45, but not during missions. You can bitch about them as much as you want, but when you have the cash you'll end up buying them

I haven't actually been on the receiving end of an enemy tank (only some guys i was with taking one from the base). The Buzzard though is definitely not an easy thing to get kills with. I've used it quite a lot after reaching the spawn rank and even getting lock on kills isn't an easy task.

All it takes is 1 well aimed [Air strike] to destroy a tank and its not that overpowered you just don't own a RPG yet it takes 5 RPG hits to blow up a tank even if the asshat killed you 5 times if you landed those you would have lost only 2,500$
