anybody noticing small progress loss?

Like, not anything big, but small amounts. Like a few hundred RP or a thosand dollars or so after leaving and rejoining online. I mean, its not much to make up, but the servers were up and all. Is anybody else noticing the small losses or am i just going crazy?

I have done rank 68 and 69 four times now. I stopped playing for now. It's annoying, damn cheap cloud servers.
