I'm curious about this as well. Like, if you hit those little floppy plastic things that divide the median in a few spots on the western coast highway (near Ft. Zancudo) does that count as a "crash"? What about going off-road and maybe catching a little bit of air but never actually HITTING anything (besides the ground when you land)? Hitting pedestrians?

 

I'd totally spend some time trying to get a higher record on this stat if I knew I didn't have to start over every time I hit a bump in the road.
