What will be in the upcoming patch/add-on on the 22nd october? (I think I read about a patch on this date)

There's nothing coming on the 22nd. That was just a troll making a troll thread, nothing more. As for the heists, it's anyones guess when that's coming. It's safe to assume it's going to be a bit longer, since they're still having issues with the cloud servers.

Yeah, the most anyone has offered up as proof are "inside sources". There hasn't been any official statement/confirmation from Rockstar saying anything about the 22nd. So far, we've only heard about what to expect in the upcoming DLC's...but nothing on when we can actually expect them.
