hello, when i bought a banshee on the internet, i got a convertible one? how do i get the one with the metal top.

Don't know if you can get one, but at least you can put down the top of the car. One of the dpad buttons does it, I can't remember which it is.

No you can't put down the top, or put it up if it's convertible.

 

It's random, and you got bad luck. Only way to try and get a convertible is to buy another one and hope for the best.
