More character losses

I have just lost my rank 57 character with almost every skill maxed out. 78 hours playtime. I really got addicted to this game.
Do you know how I lost it?
I've killed a bounty and the guys didn't like it, so I was kicked out of the game by them. And poof, my character is gone.

I am still in too much shock to be furious, and since this is my second character that I lost I know that I will never get it back.
If not, there's a Rockstar company in Leeds and I am probably going to pay them a visit and smash their windows with a few bricks.

 

 

Anybody else lost their chars? f*ck... sh*t, f*ck!!!

You didn't try creating a new one did you? I had some serious progression lost recently but I logged off for 24 hours and watched it slowly come back on Social Club. A few times I checked on SC, my character didn't even show up and I was worried I had lost it but eventually I got most of my progress back.

No, I did not. There's no f*cking chance that I am starting over. 2 weeks of playing.
I hope it'll come back, I'll give it a day.
But as I said, I didn't get my last character back (during the first character deletion issues).

I do not enjoy wasting my time and having my hard work erased though. And that does not count for the job loss.

LOL wtf? Anyway this discussion of character loss is very worrying. Hopefully the cloud servers doesn't consume any more victims.
