Safehouses:

-Apartments on Vespucci Beach with sea views.

-Trailers to buy out in Sandy Shores.

-Warehouses in the industrial areas that can be

used to store Cars and larger Vehicles or can be

used to plan heist in.

-Apartment Blocks with small rentable apartments.

 

Clothing Items:

-Black, brown and grey Trenchcoats.

-Leather Jackets with Crew Emblems.

-Leather Bomber Jackets.

-Tuxedos and full Suits with Ties.

-Animal print Pimp Suits.

 

Safehouse Features:

-Pool or Poker tables.

-Ability to Shave at the Sink in the Bathroom.

-TV size upgrade.

-Have a choice of a few interior styles

(Retro,Contemporary,Modern) Etc.

 

Other Things:

-Only the Driver can choose the Radio station in a

Car or other Vehicle.

-An used car website where people can buy cars that can't be found on the current Car websites. The few cars in stock would change every in-game day (48 minutes in real time).

-More Car customisation options such as Leather or Race Spec interiors, raising the suspension of a car and sound system upgrades for the car.

How about if I was to buy a (e.g.) Sentinel XS, and I put some different alloys on, stuck a wing on and coloured it a fancy colour, you could then go onto that website and see that I'm selling it for a certain amount.

 

OR

 

You could go onto the website and buy it for the price it states, which would be lets say 50k, and I sold it for 35k.

 

Hope this makes sense. Would be a bit like Forza online with the buying/selling cars but it'd be nice to be able to buy cars that other people have designed etc.

 

You could also rate people's cars and the higher the rating the more you get when selling certain cars to LSC.

 

Just a thought.

Trucking industry jobs, be able to drive loads and drop them for extra cash.

 

Armory in apartments, have your current guns displayed on racks for people to see.

 

Cargobobs to be purchased online

 

Ability to buy flatbed trucks you can load vehicles on and such.

 

More boats, like police cutters to buy.

 

Crew hang outs, large bases for crew to share garages, supplies, ect.

They already have suits with ties.

You can pretty much make your own tuxedo or suit, all the clothing and accessories are there. They should add a vinyl designer for cars like the one in Forza 4, maybe not that advanced but something similar where we can create designs for cars. I agree with everything else OP wants.

winsuits and reserve parachutes so you could cut away and reopen if somone trys to ram you with thier plane or just cut away if you open too high
