Total speed loss/ vehicle wont shift

THIS IS BS. I just randomly got on, and my car wouldnt go over 3rd gear. its like there was a transmission problem .-. then i made it to the plane on a mission after a long time, and the plane wouldnt shift up to take off . is this from lag? my connections bad

Yeah.. My friend had the same.. Only logg out and back in again.. Fun to play landing strip mission when the Jet dont take off..
