Am not getting the msg anymore about deposits can't be saved and bought the apartment I wanted and new weapons. But still scared to switch off... thin I will just leave my xbox running? Any news on the issue?

Just had my first "save successful" of the day on ps3... maybe they've got things cleaned up? Don't hold your breath though.
