[SPOILERS]The hunt for North Yankton?

Recommended Posts

I personally think that NY is gonna be DLC, or atleast the modding can do something with it.

And also i watched a video about GTA 5 - Max Payne 3 vehicles.ide and i saw there were vehicles : boblseigh and skimobile but these vehicles werent used in gta 5 :panic: !! THE VIDEO LINK :

DLC IS VERY POSSIBLE SET IN NY !! :panic::panic::panic:

If somebody could make a "car spawner" or trainer for console someone maby could move the bobsleight and skimobile over to gta v files and spawn it?

Thats very good idea but we have to wait for the pc version then

Well do we? There is trainer for consoles in GTA IV so why should not anybody make one dor GTA V?

:-)

Right on amigos, thanks for the support and interest in North Yankton :p

Last night, I made a video exploring some more of North Yankton, but with some discoveries and legit footage, along with climbing, etc. I'm uploading it to my computer and going to edit it so it looks more presentable.

#NorthYanktonisinsideChilliad

Is that a theory or something? I only heard about the mount Chilliad thing, and I never really looked much into it

Not true, just a theory made up by basement dwelling nerds with dildos for dicks.

If it keeps them from smoking crack and masturbating in the middle of walmart, let 'em at it.

How do people record from Xbox/PS3? I could try to make a "documentary" about findings and all.

Unfortunately I think the only way is using an external recording device that you attach to the Xbox/PS3, which are quite costly.

Funny you mention that. I'm almost done editing a video I made about North Yankton. All I did was hold my camera I use to film "Kool Kitchen Korner" with up to my TV and film it. Apart from shakiness, it's kinda good, I guess.

It's still something, I guess.

Anyone found some more info?

People record PS3/Xbox 360 gameplay by using capture cards which are connected through a PC , thus then they deliver a digital signal.

Right amigos, here's the video I was telling you all about. Here's some key points of what I found out so far:

*You can climb the rail signals

*Everybody is dressed up warm for Winter (not sure if exclusive NY models or not)

*Ludendorff has a population of 918

Edited by universetwisters

I didn't even notice that there are any ladders on the rail signal. I tried to climb one at a Silo and it didn't let me.

*leaves to find more since the lookout is higher*

Only rail signals I know of is the one by the level crossing near the river and the one near the church. I know there's one a few clicks down from the one I climbed up on near the church, but I didn't get a chance to climb it, fearing the mission would fail and I'd be sent back to the Ludendorff sign and lose all my guns.

Another Snowy vehicle to our collection: Snowy Fieldmaster. (You can find it in Prologue if you wait a while)

I tried to get in Esperantos. The game is scripted to not allow you enter it. If you leave the Rancher for a while, mission will fail for abandonning the car even if you're standing right by the door.

I remember seeing that fieldmaster driving in the opposite direction in the prologue. I didn't know it had a unique snow model, seeing as I usually just flew right past it and onwards to my destination when replaying that mission.

I always found "Bury The Hatchet" easier to explore the map in, seeing as you aren't penalized for exiting your vehicle, meaning you can meander about outside your car all you want, until you leave it behind for a certain distance.

Wicked rocking signature, by the way!

Cars can go further than the path they are given in Ludendorff. I shot a Sadler driver and he flew past the point. There was no invisible wall or a map hole though. Gonna go check the other side.

So cars can possibly go further than the turnaround point at the end of the main street? Interesting to know. Did they just go through the real life town picture?

Also, how did you shoot the Sadler driver? I can imagine the most logical way to shoot him would be aiming into the front windshield, but if you shoot him right as he's entering the built-up area, wouldn't he lose control and hit something/stop before reaching the turnaround? (unless you're a master marksman and managed to shoot him from the back window)

Lucky back window.

Got some more info. The other side (where you start) is also non-solid or has invisible wall.

Yellow line is where you spawn and get control of the car. Black line is the furthest point where cars can spawn. (Original inverted game map is shown)

Cars disappear quicker than in any other place. I look back, car is gone.

The train. I managed to have a sniper and lookout on the train. Guess what? The train went right through the hill. It just disappeared inside.

Did any one else get Nigga Turtles as a related video at the end of this.

I got that too. I don't even know how that got there.

Nice find. See the road going south (actually north) between the yellow & black lines? I've seen cars go down that road before, so I know paths must've been made for it.

Goddamn, that's insane. By "hill", do you mean a proper hill, or one of those background mountains?

Also kinda minor but worth noting, isn't it kinda silly how they use the same exact train from Los Santos? They could've changed the railroad to something more accurate to North Dakota, or at least put snow on it (pic related to both)

-train-

A small hill that goes to background mountains.

Also, I've noticed that the train is always the same (carriages and amount of them) and always passes when you approach the tracks. So I think the "trains spawn" can be moved to "Theory" until we'll have solid proof.
