Which apartment is worth getting?

I have the money for any apartment, but ive been hearing that some apartments arent worth the money to get, which one is the best?

Well obviously you're going to want to get any apartment with a 10 car garage as those are the high-end ones with Heist planning rooms. So if you don't care about the view, just go for the cheapest 10-car garage apartment. Other than that idk.

any of the 200k ones. Don't waste money on the 400k because they are virtually identical.

Get something over 200k, to ensure you have a planning room for heists.

Other than that, it's your preference of location. I wouldn't recommend the 400k one, though, as the view outside isn't the greatest.

391k is located at Room #40, top of the tower.

 

You can see the entire city as well as Vinewood hills from up there.

I agree, I have this one. Its on the highest floor and has the best view (looking south towards the city).

391k suggested by me as well. All the apartments with 10 car garages are identical inside but that one has a really awesome view of the city, especially at night.

X2 I have that one and the view is awesome. Location is nice too. Right on the border of the vinewood hills and Los Santos.
