Couldn't believe my luck when I received a call about a junk '58 Bel Air that had been left abandoned. These are the cars I thrive on.

 

 

My tip was spot on. This thing was a wreck. I asked around and eventually found the owner. He didn't want anything for the rust bucket, he was just happy to get it off his land.

 

 

I wasted no time in hooking her up and made my way to the garage...

 

 

...The guys were going to love this project!

 

 

 

 

We got to work straight away, and a fortnight later, we fired her back up and rolled her into the sunlight.

Took a cruise up through Mt. Chiliad, stopped for fuel in paleto bay.

 

Decided to stay in a local lodge before the long trip home.

My road trip to Mt. Chiliad & back:

 

Re-fuelling before the big trip..

 

 

Then we set off! Along the way we stop by Fort Zancudo:

 

 

 

As I pass by Sandy Shores I visit this strange house with satellite dishes in front of it. Apparently the owner of it is a big UFO fanatic.

I couldn't resist to visit the Mt. Chiliad Mural that's been around since ancient ages:

 

 

Getting a car of that size down such a tiny road really is a hard task.

 

 

No gas stations were open in Grapeseed, so I had a close shave but managed to re-fuel:

 

 

Then my stomach grumbled. I couldn't resist but to go to a Diner..

 

 

All that mountain climbing & descending really killed the former beauty. After taking it to a mod shop this is the result.

 

 

Goin' back home. Nice view of the sea:

 

 

A few hours, we arrive back at Del Perro.

 

 

Back home, the Elegy accompanies the Dominator.. until their next trip.

 

 

At 4 AM after a long road trip, there is nothing blocking me from visiting Heaven..

How do you post pics for a forum post? I might have some myself!

 

Go to the Snapmatic section of the Social Club and find your pics. Save them to your computer then upload them to Photobucket or something similar. Then get the link from that site and put it in the box that pops up when you click on that little button that looks like a little tree in the reply box.

 

I hope that made sense.

This wasn't intentional and taken before I saw this thread, but I thought it would fit here just fine. It was actually one of the first snaps I've taken. The story would have been a simple one- I pissed off some rich folks in Vinewood Hills as Trevor and they called the police on me. Obviously, a chase started and it would have been just another regular cops encounter, had I not decided to tell the cops "screw you, I have an offroader" and drive straight up one of the hills. Once I reached the top I launched in the air, only to find out I was headed straight to some rich fella's yard. Where I happened to land you can see in the picture. The cops never did figure out where the hell I disappeared to, driving past the house several times (I suppose a big red SUV stuck in a tree doesn't look suspicious at all). Soon as they gave up the chase I whipped out my phone and took this pic. After that I climbed on the house's roof and tried to somehow get the ride out of there, but to no avail. Trevor ended up walking away with his head hung and eyes filled with tears, turning around and taking one last look at his beloved car. I wonder what the owner of the house thought when he returned home though.
