I arrived at the station to discover that I had been assigned my favorite beat, This area includes Forum Drive, Grove Street, and Jamestown Street. I hate working the early shift but its never boring patrolling the gang territories.

 

 

 

 

 

I responded to a call on Forum Street involving a dispute between a local gang member and his neighbor. I'm still disappointed I couldn't find cause to arrest the gang member.

 

 

 

 

Spent the rest of the morning conducting radar checkpoints

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had "lunch" at one of my favorite delis with another officer

 

 

 

 

 

I got off break and had to respond to a traffic collision between a drunk guy who jumped the curb and a unlicensed driver texting on his cell phone.

 

 

 

 

 

I had a pretty low key evening until I came across a hooker with a gun shot to the head. She was found by some dumpster on Strawberry Avenue. A detective was called out to a homicide scene where he came across a Beretta handgun, a pool of blood, but no body. Witnesses at both crime scenes claimed to have seen a Green Adder with "the ugliest rims of all time" speed off. Forensics determined that the gun found at the scene matched the bullet lodged in the dead hooker.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My next shift I stopped a car on Jamestown Street matching the description of the one used in the case of the dead hooker. He fled on food towards the highway that was south of us

 

 

 

 

 

The suspect refused to surrender and opened fire on myself, forcing me to kill him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have received a promotion to detective and have a new patrol vehicle

Life living on the streets is tough. I used to be a millionaire, but then it all went to sh*t. I was on my way back home in my Entity when this guy wearing nothing but cargo pants and flip-flops started firing at my car in his Adder. I floored it.... Right into the back of a truck.

 

Next thing I know I'm in hospital, my car totalled, and I get a text on my phone. I read it:

 

"Haha pssy fgt I hacked ur cars n money n guns, thts what u get 4 bein a pssy fag, nigga"

 

Now I'm living in my car, hey it's small but the view's nice

After a arduous morning of managing his bank in the downtown, the millionaire likes to drive back home, park in the walkway and and go for a relaxing swim in his pool.

 

 

While that, somewhere in Italy, a man drives his classic Maserati through the countryside, enjoying the view.

When creating a secondary character, I loved the idea of having one vehicle, keeping the one you choose to send to LS Customs for the first time. I chose a Sabre Turbo, and gave it a mild blue paintjob and no upgrades, to make it feel stock and vintage. I took alot of inspiration from the movie Drive, in particular the "nightime" theme, the strong neon colour pallet and the idea that the car is a "character". The main thought that went through my mind, was "Have you ever been out at night and seen a person or a car and the whole scene, the light, the shadow, the figure, just makes you question what they are doing there?"

And I lost control, and swerved into a tree.

 

 

Got it towed out.. the wreck is worse than I thought..

 

 

 

 

Went off to Paleto Bay, Beeker says he would try and help us:

 

 

 

 

So in the meanwhile, I rented a car and got a cheap apartment. Not bad!

 

 

View's nice, right?

 

 

Then sh*thole drivers show up and wreck my ride. The rentals company isn't happy, and I am forced to BUY the car..

 

 

So now I have two totaled cars, and I'm running very low on money. I had to switch to a low rent motel..

 

I get a call from Beeker. He says that the car's wrecked, and it'll cost loads of money to fix it. And parts are very rare, so he's unsure if he can fix it.

 

 

So, this leaves me only one choice. A choice, I thought I would never make...

 

 

 

Rest in Peace.

 

 

5 years later..

 

I have everything I need. A sweet house, a nice ride..

 

 

But there's something missing..

 

Time to pay a little visit.
