Is this a glitch?

Whenever I try to connect to a server online, it brings me to this map where I'm alone and there are no symbols on the radar except the north sign.

I get the same except I'm in my apartment with my weopon wheel available and no way out. If I pause it I notice my moneys at zero and where its meant to have my gamertag just says player

Next time it happens pause and look above top right corner of map and tell me if your gamertag/psn and money is displaying properly when this happens please

ide tell you if i knew but i dont. and clearly nobody else does either.
