Majority of the community will have moved on. The game is so repetitive, it basically comes down to completing the same boring race or mission hundreds of times for a nearly insignificant reward, and they just keep getting more and more nerfed. Most players just dick around in free roam and even that's getting boring. When CoD Ghosts comes out this will be a ghost town. Good thing I glitched and had fun while it lasted. Maybe if you plebs spend thousands of hours repeating missions you'll have enough money and rank to do something remotely fun, but the game will be dead by then so...
