​Recruitment requirements:

  • Level 15 or over
  • Active GTA Online player
  • Speak English and or French
  • Be mature (15 years old with exceptions)
  • Good sport (i.e. No Greifing, bad behavior, etc.)
  • Decent skill (good at missions and races)

How to be promoted?

I know I spoke in your last thread but I just wanted to add your emblem/colors make me think of a crew that would run a casino or something haha.

I'm sorry man but you've basically just made no one want to join at this point as you sound desperate. I NEVER recruited a single soul through threads like these. People join when they think you are something worth asking about not when you are asking them to join. You might want to save a thread like this until you have multiple members and it gives people the thought (hey 30 dudes are in it, should be cool)

 

Until then just try to host some events or missions and find people you work well with. Also don't offer promotions for joining, they need to feel like it's earned not given. I give promotions to those who treat the crew and its members with respect. Leaders are people who host their own sessions through the crew as well.

 

Hope some of this helps you out and I look forward to your crew growing. Maybe one day we'll be rival crews robbing banks and fighting for the money :D
