My almost wifes sister has a bloody tailgater, I know how to get one.

Start a new game, race with the aesear or tailgater, hope you're on your own until the end of Lamars mission to kill the runner for his coke.

 

Low and behold there is your new tailgater/aesear. Use it to get more to spawn for your friends, they can use it to get one to spawn for your main.

Is there any way of doing this while the 'share' feature is blocked?

 

Could I have someone withdraw X amount of dollars in cash then kill them to receive the payment?

I did just find mine outside of the los santos south of the vespucci masks store. Right after I left the shop with a wanted car for simeon he was driving like a douch bag down the street I barely caught up to him claiming my prize
