Tanks are no longer a threat

Once you learn how to take them out at long range. It feels good.

 

I was In a lobby and there was an asshole in a tank killing everyone. So I took him out of his tank with my heavy rifle. Everyone was like how the f*ck did he do that. So the kid gets back in his tank and I kill him 3 times while he is driving it. After that I decided to keep killing him everytime he tried to get in his tank. It resulted in him raging about how Im a hacker then ragequit the session.

 

Anyone else take out a tankwhore with a well placed round to the dome?

Never tried or heard of this method before, nice job. I usually just call up Lester, get my radar blip removed, act casual and drive up to the tank, deliver a load of sticky bombs to him and blow him sky high. I may have to try out your method later

hmm sure the heavy sniper is a requirement for this? been killed by ais with assault rifles inside a tank before.

I'm not sure and I don't plan on getting close enough to find out. All I know is that the heavy sniper is 100% certain to kill your target (in 2 hits unless to the dome) at any range.

So, assuming I'm a n00b and haven't heard of this method, could you explain where I should be aiming to do this?

Or you can slip up to them, hold Y or Triangle, and pull them out and then beat the sh*t out of them.

Tried this with a friend and it didn't work. Shot from different angles but no effect.

repeat until he is warped into the hell known as "bad sport lobby"

It doesn't really work if you are in a bad sports lobby.

 

Plus the sheer disbelief when you snipe them is amazing. But if I were in normal lobby or wanted to make them go broke, I would continue ramming my expensive cars into him.
