Now I dont rob cars I always call mechanic for personal vehicle but there are time you need a quick car so you just rob the closest npc 50/50 chance you will get bounty Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KillaChaz Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 Simple answer - kill the NPC & they won't be able to put a bounty on you. Pre-emptive strike and all that. Plus be careful stealing parked cars because there is no NPC to kill in that situation but the car owner will still know to put a bounty on your ass.
