Max Health?

So starting around Level 20 sometimes when I level up a stat will pop up that says Max Health 20/100 and it shows 5 Bars, one full 4 flashing. Now I thought oh cool so you get more health every 20, then it popped up for a few other levels but always at 20/100. Any idea if its bugged or am I reading it wrong?

The max health itself works fine, but the notification always flashes everytime you level uo.

I noticed this to on my character as well. When I got level 40 it then proceeded to spam me with that max health 20/100 and 40/100. From what I noticed the max health I think works, it is just that the notification is a bit bugged up.

I think I have the same issue as well. Does it actually work cause it keeps saying 20/100 while I'm on rank 36. Strange, if you ask me.

Yh I'm lvl 117 and every time i level I get all 5 spamming me
