what happens when everyone has miniguns, tanks, and RPGs?

Free roam will be complete chaos, races will be the same fully upgraded vehicles racing, DM will be unfair minigun bullsh*t, money will be worthless. I'm so glad I glitched to get all the nice stuff ahead of time before all the plebs get it from grinding hundreds upon hundreds of hours.

my exact point. this is the problem. rockstar need to increase the price of general gun, cars, hoses etc to ensure that not everybody has access to them. otherwise the game is ruined

Tank should be available up to lvl 500, minigun at lvl 400 at the current System.
