Could someone tell me where to get it or help me get it?

Step 1: Get the mission 'A Titan of a Job' from Lester

Step 2: Before you start it up, set a point of interest on your garage/house

Step 3: Do the mission until you have to escape with the Titan

Step 4: Enter the Titan and immediately exit it, three Mesas will begin to drive in troops

Step 5: Steal a Mesa and drive it to your garage

Step 6: Finish le' mission

Step 7: ...

Step 8: Profit

You can also get one from having somebody send merryweather mercs after you. Kill the mercs collect the mesa

Should really be more specific, Mesa's are all over the place, pretty ugly.

Merc Messa is obtained from killing Marryweather mercs either during a mission or by calling mercenaries on someone.
