How exactly does this work.. Im level 43 and Ive seen it pop up blinking, 20/100, 40/100.. How do i actually check it?

from what ive seen you cant check it, it looks like it levels up with you so around level 20+ you get 20/100 40 is 40/100 and so on

I just leveled to 43 and it blinked up 20/100, bare in mind this is after ive seen it pop up 40/100 around level 40

it glitches lol every time i level during a race i get the 20, 40, 60 and 80 boxes all pop up in separate things at the same time

not true. because Im a level 57 and for the past 10 rank ups I've seen the same 20/100 health 40/100 health. each and every time..
