Looked for ages to find this bike, i found some spawning on the road between the 400k house and the tattoo parlor/cinema.

Also saw one in the grove area when i just started playing and thought "i will pick this up later" not knowing it was a rare spawn.

But i have obtained 2 by doing martin's mission "out of court settlement".

Saw loads of them spawning while doing this mission (not everytime tho).

Here's how i did it:

Start the mission, if you come across a bagger grab it, kill the lawyer, do NOT pick up the evidence, bring the bagger to your garage (will not show up on your map but you can enter it as long as you didnt pick up the evidence), If you havent found the bagger before killing the lawyer cruise around a bit and look for a spawn, think the most chance is in the grove area.

If you succeeded pick up the evidence and finish the mission ofc ;].

Also, i think clear weather increases the chance of bike spawns.

 

Hope it helps for you, did for me a couple of times (also the lawyers car is worth 22k if you sell it at lsc after the mission)

drive around in the fastest bike (bati 900?) or whatever, and baggers will spawn.

 

I've seen many.

 

if it's not working, click start, go to the rockstar store, load, and then exit the store (it will refresh your online session) and new cars/bikes will spawn.

 

rinse and repeat until you find one.

I found one thanks guys. What I did was got "Out of Court Settlement" from Martin like wekabe mentioned. Killed the lawyer. Rode around in a LCC Hexer found it. Funny thing, Is when I was in a Western Daemon it did not spawn.

i just did this mission almost 10 times an still nothing... did all the things suggested as well.

and... some random idiot joined my game and i was not paying attention, started the mission, and they completed it. effin great. im so tired of looking for this bike.

On PS3 as GeoQuin4: If anyone has this bike and is willing to allow me to clone it, I will fully mod (less 100% armor, I only have 80%), any vehicle the game allows, or I'll allow you to clone any of the rare vehicles I have, including:

 

Michael's Obey Tailgater

Franklin's Buffalo

Rat Loader (Which I don't have, but spawns easily for me)

Mercenary Jeep

Rancher XL (Very Rare Truck)

Karin Rebel (With no rust!)

The method above worked for me, if you wanted to save yourself the money for modding a vehicle to trade, and to have the sense of accomplishing something yourself. I started 'Out Of Court Settlement' and then rode around on a Hexer in the Grove Street area for maybe 10 minutes until one appeared.

After 3 long days of looking for this bike I finally got one last night just joined a random session and it was in the golf car park, only problem is Simeon was after it so I get a 2* every time I ride into or out of my garage.

Thanks, I'll shoot you an add. I'm sure I'll stumble upon it again, I've found them a couple of times but glitches within the game have robbed them from me... I'm just frustrated with that. Thanks for the help if I catch you online, I'll probably be on around 10-11PM your time. I'll try that method above, but I haven't gotten that mission request in a long time.

Just hang around simeons dealership in a mission, I've seen a few spawn in the back lot of it when I was looking for a nemesis. Also saw a metric **** ton of phoenixs driving from weazel plaza to the dealership

Drive an SUV up and down the street with the stars on the sidewalk. One will spawn soon enough.

I got mine when Simeon wanted it, I just stuck it in my garage, then got a message that Simeon doesn't want personal vehicles when I got back on it.

Took me an age to find one. But I has success West (edit - that would be East) of Downtown. Not far from the Cinema. There is a little market street nearby. It's in an alley but not hard to miss. There is clothing shop along there. Cruise around for a while and one should crop up.

 

I got all excited (2 hours looking) and rammed this guy off his Bagger right outside the Police Station. Hopped on the bike and dead. Luckily spawns clicked in and I had my choice upon resurrection.

Wow, I'm sorry. If I were you I'd go out and get myself a PS3 stat and enjoy something that doesn't look GTA San Andreas era... I'd honestly feel ripped off if I'd spent that much money and got that coming from my TV.

 

Not trying to be a dick or anything, I'm honestly sorry about that. I had considered getting a 360 a while back, now I'm glad I didn't.

Alright guys, while I have the Bagger, I cannot clone it due to problems with the 1.6 update. Every attempt to clone locks up my system completely, this includes the most recent methods posted on YouTube. I can say that while in an SUV (Mostly the Patriot), drive around Hollywood Blvd (well, the game's version anyway, and just around the area and slightly up the hill to the Northeast. I've also caught them around the Los Santos Customs close to that area, but not as often.

 

When it's on Simeon's car list along with the Western Daemon, hop in an SUV and head over to the Golf course, I've found it there every time.

Found mine while doing laps of the street with all the hollywood stars in the kalahari (beach bum car). My mate blew it up and it turns out I didnt have insurance. Went around doing laps with my bati 80 RR, only bikes that were spawing were vaders, so I stole a vader, did laps of the street with the stars and bam! 30 seconds of that and I found a bagger. It can sometimes be the high priority vehicle, also, if it's on simeons list it's so much easier to find.

Got mine post 1.06 - This is how I did it. No vehicles required prior, just a garage space.

 

Start up the Madrazo out of court settlment mission. No car needed. Kill the guy, don't collect the package but steal his car, lose the cops.

 

Then, go up to the street by the chinese cinema/tattoo parlor and Vinewood walk of fame, in the lawyers car. Drive back and for between the chinese cinema and Michaels house on that main road. Eventually a bike will spawn and it will be parked, or it will spawn with lots of bikers driving it. I got another chopper to spawn, although it will probably be different for you depending on what vehicle you were in before you stole the lawyers car. Either way when you find a bike, get on it.

 

Do the same lap to Michaels house and the cinema on that bike, if a different bike spawns, get on it. Basically changing bike models, eventally the only bike left to spawn will become Bagger, if it hasn't already. The bagger spawned for me after the Dinka Double T spawned and I got on that. Spawning works differently in mission, as the car spawns aren't relevant to the car you are in, but the area you are in.

 

Just keep changing bike models during that mission on that Vinewood Walk of Fame road, eventually it will force the Bagger to spawn. Garage the bagger, complete the mission, or just quit, whichever. Putting it in the garage is vital or you won't keep it, so make sure you have a space free before you do this technique.

Steal a hextor or hexar.. whatever those choppers are called.... and cruise around with it for awhile... one should spawn... also try it in a solo game... not private invite.. but solo...

 

Dude above me has a method for getting a chopper... but the things spawn along the 1.... or the freeway along the west coast... lol its the 1 in real life... best damn road in the world....! anyways... they have a hang out and there is always a hextor there.... why i didnt bother keeping one.. can always steal one... my bagger now... that sh*t was a lucky spawn... but i spawned it after stealing a hextor....

If you drive a Daemon around (another bike) The bagger will be a constant spawning vehicle. If not, load the R* store and back out to reset the vehicle spawns until you start seeing baggers. EASY

The actual game-play looks stunning on the xbox, cant see any difference with a PS3. Saying that I don't know why this pic has come out looking a bit crap. Can someone on Xbox post one of their garage pics?.... The ones outside look ok?..

going in and out of the marketplace didn't work for me, no bikes would ever spawn in freeroam, either solo or with other players.. only way I managed to get a bagger was Martin's out of court settlement mission, kill the lawyer (as above), steal a hexar from hookies on the west coast and then cruise up and down the main boulevard between Michael's and the cinemas.. the bikes seemed to spawn in order, superbikes, peds, daemons and then baggers but if you strayed too far from the area the sequence would reset, took 2 hours for it to work for me.

I take that back. I went back over to the Golf Course, nothing there, went to the store, came back and it was in the parking lot.
