Hosting glitch/bug after finishing races?

So everytime I join a race in GTA, no matter which one, after it is finished and going into the next lobby for the next race, it will give me host and then kick everyone else out and after a short while, it will also kick me out and say that I timed out. This doesn't happen 24/7 but there will be periods in the day when it does and it's extremely inconvenient having to back out and go back into another race every time it does happen.

Does this happen to anyone else and if so have you managed to find a fix for it?

Its happening to me to and its very annoying my friends have to reinvit me on each race lobby each time i finished one with them... BUT for me its not written timed out, it only put me as a host in a new lobby. Its happening to me the most of the time this week and/or since the last update and had no problem before this update.

 

I play on xbox 360 slim , And I dont think clearing the cache is the solution; I will try, but its looking like the updates for Gta 5 are stuck on ours xbox and I dont want to loose something by earasing anything important...

 

I hope to see an update about this soon or more information for what to do with this non sense problem.

 

Unlucky! Its looking like that we are just 2 of us to have this absolutly very annoying problem. If you have the same problem please post comments below; more there have people, more its gonna to be faster to have or to find the solution...WHAT THE HELL HELP US !!!

 

Edit: And Ive been in the bad players sport for two days before it happens.

 

Edit2: Maybe this can help or not When my friend invited me the first time everybody of my friend was stuck on the starting loading of the race in the lobby it take about 40 seconds for them but for me my xbox has stopped responding and the loading icon stopped turning in the corner (my xbox crashed) but Im was able to speak and ear my friends in the party chat so I just restarted my xbox........

 

Edit3: The last time it happened to me, Ive got put in a new lobby as a host, my screen was showing me the host and a player of the last match the both lefting and it was showing to me another player of the last match that was connecting to me; then I left and my friend ''the host'' had this person that was connecting to me in his lobby likes he never did gone in my new bug lobby.
